TMI is an AI-powered trading journal and coaching platform for traders. The Service includes trade logging, AI-powered analytics, performance coaching, FTMO/prop firm tracking, and related features.
TMI is an educational and analytical tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. All trading involves risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
You must be 18 years or older to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase or renewal. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
The free plan is available indefinitely with the limitations described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with reasonable notice.
You may not use TMI to: violate any laws, distribute malware or spam, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, share your account credentials, or use the AI features to generate misleading trading signals to distribute to others.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted.
TMI is provided "as is". We are not liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or loss of profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.
