1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TMI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. TMI is operated by Quantpeak Holdings LLC (Wyoming, USA) ("we", "us", "our").
2. Description of Service
TMI is an AI-powered trading journal and coaching platform for traders. The Service includes trade logging, AI-powered analytics, performance coaching, FTMO/prop firm tracking, and related features.
3. Not Financial Advice
TMI is an educational and analytical tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. All trading involves risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
4. Account Terms
You must be 18 years or older to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions (Pro and Ultimate) are billed monthly, every 6 months or every 12 months, as selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days; the full withdrawal policy is published at tmi-ai.com/widerruf. For digital content that is provided immediately, the right of withdrawal ends once you expressly consent at checkout to immediate performance and confirm that you thereby lose that right. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Free Plan
The free plan is available indefinitely with the limitations described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with reasonable notice.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use TMI to: violate any laws, distribute malware or spam, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, share your account credentials, or use the AI features to generate misleading trading signals to distribute to others.
8. Third-Party Broker Integrations
TMI may allow you to connect third-party broker accounts (e.g. Tradovate, MetaTrader) via OAuth or API integration. By connecting a broker account, you authorize TMI to access your trading data in read-only mode for the purpose of syncing trades to your journal. TMI does not execute trades, manage orders, or access funds on your behalf. You may revoke broker access at any time from your account settings. TMI is not responsible for any interruptions or errors in broker-provided data.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted.
10. Limitation of Liability
TMI is provided "as is". We are not liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or loss of profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.
