1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

2. How to exercise the right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can send that statement by e-mail to business@tmi-ai.com. Sending the statement before the withdrawal period expires is enough to meet the deadline.

Alternatively, you can send that statement by post to the address named in the Impressum.

3. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

4. Digital content provided immediately

TMI is made available immediately after the contract is concluded. Your right of withdrawal expires early if you expressly consented at checkout to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period ends and at the same time confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Without that express consent, the full period of fourteen days applies.
